المحاسبة عن المسئولية الاجتماعية والبيئية مدخل للمساهمة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة

       يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة المحاسبة عن المسئولية الاجتماعية والبيئية کمدخل للمساهمة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وقد تم إختيار عينة عشوائية طبقية ممثلة لمجتمع الدراسة من الافراد العاملين، و قامت الباحثة بإجراء مسح ميداني لدراسة الحالة لشرکة ابوقير للاسمدة والصناعات الکيماوية شمل توزيع استبيانات على عينة عشوائية طبقية من العاملين في المنشأة الصناعية محل البحث، وبلغ حجم العينة (384) مفردة يمثلون جميع الأفراد العاملين (المديرون، رؤساء الأقسام، ونوابهم، الموظفين) في شرکة ابوقير لصناعة الأسمدة الکيمياوية، التي تقع في محافظة الإسکندرية، وتمت معالجة البيانات الکمية باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية، لجمع البيانات الأولية والقيام بتحليلها إعتمادا على الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة لطبيعة هذه البيانات، والتي تتضمن الإحصاء الوصفي، وارتباط بيرسون بالإضافة إلى ذلک، تم استخدام الانحدار المتعدد لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة. کما تشير النتائج إلى وجود علاقة معنوية وموجبة بين المتغيرات، وأن المسئولية الاجتماعية والبيئية تعد أحد الدعائم الأساسية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة.
This research aims to study the accounting for social and environmental responsibility as an entry point to contribute to achieving sustainable development. A stratified random sample representing the study population was selected from the working individuals.  The researcher conducted a field survey for the case study of the Abu Qir Fertilizers and Chemical Industries Company, which included the distribution of questionnaires to a stratified random sample of workers in the industrial facility in question. Abu Qir Company for the manufacture of chemical fertilizers, which is located in the governorate of Alexandria, The quantitative data were processed using the statistical package for social sciences, to collect the primary data and analyze it, depending on the statistical methods appropriate to the nature of this data. Which includes descriptive statistics, and Pearson's correlation In addition, multiple regression was used to test the study's hypotheses. The results also indicate that there is a significant and positive relationship between the variables, and that social and environmental responsibility is one of the mainstays for achieving sustainable development.
