أثر تبني منظمات الاعمال المصرية لتقنية سلاسل الكتل على تحسين جودة المعلومات المحاسبية والحد من عدم تماثل المعلومات: دراسة ميدانية

   تقدم الدراسة محاولة لدراسة وتحليل وقياس أثر استخدام تقنية سلاسل الكتل BC على تحسين جودة المعلومات المحاسبية والحد من عدم تماثل المعلومات، ولتحقيق هذه الهدف اعتمد الباحثان على استطلاع رأى عينة من العاملين بمجال المحاسبة والمراجعة في الحقل المهني والأكاديمي؛ لمعرفة آرائهم حول مدى وجود إدراك بأهمية تقنية سلاسل الكتل، وأثر استخدامها على تحسين جودة المعلومات المحاسبية والحد من عدم تماثل المعلومات، من خلال تصميم دراسة نظرية وأخري ميدانية، حيث اشتملت الدراسة النظرية على محورين تناولا الباحثان فيهما الإطار العام للدراسة وأثر استخدام تقنية سلاسل الكتل على تحسين جودة المعلومات المحاسبية والحد من عدم تماثل المعلومات مع عرض لبعض الدراسات السابقة في هذا المجال لتوضيح الفجوة البحثية واشتقاق الفروض، ومن اجل اختبار صحة فروض الدراسة قام الباحثان بتصميم دراسة ميدانية تناولاها في المحور الثالث تم خلالها عمل قائمة الإستقصاء والتي تكونت من ثلاثة محاور رئيسية، وبلغ حجم عينة الدراسة (291) رد تم اختيارهم بصورة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة، وتم إجراء الاختبارات والتحليلات الإحصائية لتحقيق ذلك، واسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن رفض كافة فروض العدم للدراسة، حيث أوضحت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي وجود تأثير معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية لاستخدام تقنية سلاسل الكتل على تحسين جودة المعلومات المحاسبية والحد من عدم تماثل المعلومات.
اعتمادًا على النتائج السابقة، اقترح الباحثان مجموعة من التوصيات منها ضرورة الاهتمام باستخدام تقنية سلاسل الكتل في مجال العمل المحاسبي لما يمكن أن توفره هذه التقنية من مزايا عديدة تدعم كفاءة وفاعلية ما يتم من مهام ودقة وجودة ما ينتج عنها من مخرجات، ورصد الاستثمارات لتوفير الإمكانيات والموارد المالية والمادية والبشرية، لدعم هذا الإستخدام، وتحقيق الاستفادة القصوى مما توفره تقنية سلاسل الكتل من مزايا، والتعامل مع ما تفرضه من تحديات، وهو ما يتطلب من المحاسب ألا يكتفى بدوره كصانع معلومات، وإنما عليه أن يؤهل نفسه ليكون عضو أساسي في الفريق التكنولوجي بالشركة، وشريك استراتيجي في عمليات اتخاذ القرارات، مع ضرورة إجراء المزيد من الدراسات العلمية التي تتناول تقنية سلاسل الكتل من جوانب أخرى، والقاء الضوء على ما توفره من مزايا وما يصاحبها من تحديات.
The study aims to examine the impact of Egyptian business organizations adopting Block chain technology on improving the quality of accounting information and reducing information asymmetry. In order to achieve the objectives of the study and test its hypotheses, the researchers designed a theoretical and a field study, where the theoretical study included two axes, in which the researchers dealt with the general framework of the study, Block chain technology, the advantages of its application, its role in improving accounting information and reducing information asymmetry, and previous studies related to the research problem.
In order to test the validity of the study hypotheses, the researchers designed a field study where the researcher dealt with the survey list, which consisted of three main axes, and the size of the study sample was (291) responses were randomly selected from the study community, and statistical tests and analyzes were conducted.
The theoretical study concluded that the Block chain technology is applied on a limited scale in the Egyptian financial sector, while it has not been applied in Egyptian business organizations so far, and that the application of this technology in Egyptian business organizations will contribute to increasing the quality of accounting information and reducing the level of information asymmetry.
The field study found that all hypotheses of the study were rejected, the results of the statistical analysis showed that there was a statistically significant effect of using Block chain on improving the quality of accounting information and reducing information asymmetry.
Then; these results support that the application of Block chain technology in Egyptian business organizations will contribute to reducing the level of accounting information asymmetry through generating high-quality information, transparency, and a good stock market system.
In the end, the researchers suggested a set of recommendations, including encouraging Egyptian business organizations to adopt Block chain technology because of its advantages, and raising the degree of awareness of Block chain technology by holding practical seminars and conferences to learn about the benefits, challenges, and effects of application in business organizations, With more scientific studies that address Block chain technology from other aspects.
