تحليل العلاقة التأثيرية بين نظام إدارة المعلومات المالية الحكومية (GFMIS) ومنظومة الدفع والتحصيل الإلكتروني (GPS/GPOS) وأثرها على تحسين جودة التقارير المالية الحكومية : (دراسة ميدانية في البيئة المصرية)

        استهدف البحث دراسة وتحليل إنعكاسات العلاقة التأثيرية بين نظام إدارة المعلومات المالية الحكومية (GFMIS) ومنظومة الدفع والتحصيل الإلكتروني (GPS/GPOS) علي تحسين جودة التقارير المالية الحكومية في البيئة المصرية ؛  وفي سبيل تحقيق هذا الهدف قام الباحث بإجراء دراسة ميدانية لعينة مكونة من 400 مفردة من العاملين بالوحدات الحكومية المصرية وشملت (مستخدمي نظام ((GFMIS ومنظومة الدفع والتحصيل الإلكتروني (GPS/GPOS) ، مراجع داخلي ، ممثلي وزارة المالية ومراقبي حسابات بالجهاز المركزي للمحاسبات ، كما شملت أيضاً الباحثين من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات المصرية) ؛ وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة إرتباط طردية معنوية للعلاقة التأثيرية بين نظام إدارة المعلومات المالية الحكومية (GFMIS)  ومنظومة الدفع والتحصيل الإلكتروني (GPS/GPOS) علي تطوير النظام المحاسبي الحكومي ، وكذلك توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للعلاقة التأثيرية بين نظام إدارة المعلومات المالية الحكومية (GFMIS) ومنظومة الدفع والتحصيل الإلكتروني (GPS/GPOS) علي تحقيق الخصائص النوعية للمعلومات المحاسبية ، وأخيراَ توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للعلاقة التأثيرية بين نظام إدارة المعلومات المالية الحكومية (GFMIS) ومنظومة الدفع والتحصيل الإلكتروني (GPS/GPOS) علي تحسين جودة التقارير المالية الحكومية.
The research aimed to study and analyze the implications of the influential relationship between the government financial information management system (GFMIS) and the electronic payment and collection system (GPS/GPOS) on improving the quality of government financial reports in the Egyptian environment. In order to achieve this goal, the researcher conducted a field study of a sample of 400 individuals working in Egyptian government units, which included (users of the GFMIS system and the electronic payment and collection system (GPS/GPOS), an internal auditor, representatives of the Ministry of Finance, and auditors at the Central Auditing Organization, as well as It also included researchers from faculty members in Egyptian universities)؛ the study found that there is a significant positive correlation for the influential relationship between the government financial information management system (GFMIS) and the electronic payment and collection system (GPS/GPOS) on the development of the government accounting system. The study also found that there is a statistically significant effect for the influential relationship between the financial information management system the government financial information management system (GFMIS) and the electronic payment and collection system (GPS/GPOS) help achieve the qualitative characteristics of accounting information. Finally, the study found a statistically significant effect of the influential relationship between the government financial information management system (GFMIS) and the electronic payment and collection system (GPS/GPOS) on improving the quality of government financial reports.
